    Can't turn Wifi off with NFC tag

    I have a Nexus 4 rooted with Slimbean ROM flashed, and Wifi works just fine, I can turn it on or off at will with no problems whatsoever. Now, when I try to use a NFC tag to enable or disable Wifi, I can only turn it on or toggle from off, but I cannot turn it off or toggle from on. Any ideas?
