POSSIBLE SOLUTION, YOU SHOULD AT LEAST TRY IT. WORKED FOR ME. I had this problem from start of 2015 (Summer here in New Zealand) My Galaxy S4 LTE 19505 would say no sim card and restart device etc. It would be intermittent, coming and going, sometimes just re inserting the sim card worked...
