I am using CM on my Nexus 4, and I love it. On my Note 4 though... NEVER. TouchWiz may have its bad bits and pieces, bit what counts is the overall performance. CM doesn't let you use the S-Pen like TouchWiz does, you don't get stuff like Multi Window, Download Booster and all the other goodies...

Alright guys, that's the list. There may be some apps you don't know, I am living in Germany and the pre-installed apps vary from country to country.

That depends on which Samsung apps you're using. Just go to you app list and decide what you think is useless. S Voice and S Health for example are draining the battery badly.

Go to settings, you can drag and drop the shortcuts.

You can put it in your quick toggle list, so you can access it when you pull down the notification bar. Posted via the Android Central App

I'm gonna stay with the stock app. I'm actually happy with the new orange color and as I don't use the messaging app too often, it does the job for me. I used to use the Google app on my G3 though. Posted via the Android Central App

Re: looking for a new phone Have you considered a Google Nexus 5? The price is very good for the hardware you get, the size is manageable and you will definitely get updates.
