    I realize its just a low light effect, I was just wondering if there was a mod to fix it (my friends older samsung and my other friends iphone dont have low light problems like this, they just raise the iso)

    When you are in a semi low light area the entire photo becomes blury and super bright, iphones and my s3/note 2 dont have this problem.

    I am also with sprint. It definitely has to do with the fingerprint scanner but i dont have smart stay enabled.

    Yes i am using the fingerprint scanner. Ill disable the fingerprint scanner and check back tomorrow.
