I also been having this problem as well for about two weeks, I just went to SETTINGS than go to GENERAL thank click on DEFAULT APPLICATIONS, there you should see SET DEFAULTS, Click on HOME,and click on TOUCHWIZ HOME. This seem to fix the problem, but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that...
