They are frustrated because they are disappointed with the battery life. Disappointment results from exaggerated expectations. I'm not sure what would make people satisfied with the battery life. But you're right. I don't need to come here anymore.

Yes, but were your previous phones HD/4K? Honestly, I have never taken a phone video longer than 2 minutes. 32G is nothing, in terms of a 5 minute HD/4K video. The 4K on this phone is 3840X2160. That's big. 4 times the pixels of 1080P. Just found an article; 4k, aprox. 2 GB per minute.
