OK, after another support session they asked me to do factory reset; that did not help. So they are sending me a replacement.

Tried this SIM in an iphone, works fine. Google phone support conveniently blames T-Mobile.

Hello. My T-Mobile Nexus 4 got updated to Android 4.3. Everything works except for making phone calls -- they are always dropped with "out of service area" message. Calls are not dropped if I tell it to use only 2G networks. Does anybody know how to fix it, other than reverting to 4.2.x?
