I know this is an old thread but thought to post what I found so as to help others. From PlayStore download a cache cleaner. I used Clean Master...but probably any "cleaner" or "optimizer" will do the trick. Key is to strip the caches. I didnt lose anything ...except the glitch. Good luck. MP
