Missed a call from Samsung earlier this morning. (800-726-7864) Thought they were giving me an update on my case. Called them back, and it seemed to be a courtesy call to remind me to return the phone. After giving the rep all my info again, I was transferred to the recall dept. (30 min wait)...

Sure, but you should call them too and get a reference number for your own, too.

Same here, but I called Samsung last night and the rep said it needs a supervisor's approval and will let me know. My case is worse though since the one I bought off CL is an international model not sold in the US.
