It DOES appear that it's the rugged, however, the logo on the back of mine vs the actual rugged is different. I suppose, it could be the same case with a different logo, but mine came without the cover to the lens of the camera including the usb door as well as the headphone jack.

Will the SD card from the Droid 1 work on the Droid Incredible? Sorry, for asking such a dumb question, but I tried looking for some answers .. but to no avail.

Can anyone unveil the best extended battery for the Droid X? I've read quite a few threads on some other phones and their extended battery choices, but none for the X. Forgive me, If I overlooked a thread discussing this topic. The stock battery imho, is just ok. Thanks ahead of time -

But a 2, when you compare it to the D1. Imho, if they would patch this low volume issue .. the X would be the sexiest. Until then, it's bleh.

Thanks for the responses, I just may exchange it out. Additionally, part of my concerns is that I'm comparing it to the D1 and my wifes D2. :/ There's really no comparing the X to these models. Imho, you can't beat either the D1 or 2 in sound.

If it did, they did a lousy job of increasing it.

What's the main purpose or benefit/s from doing a factory reset?

I got my DX on Friday and while I do love most everything about it, the sound/volume on it is well, horrible at best. The ringer on it isn't great, the music you can barely hear and watching videos you have to cup the back of the phone to really hear the words. I've had my hearing checked...

So, I went ahead and rooted my phone last week ... (froyo) .. etc, etc ... after doing so, I was pleased having committed and doing so without a hitch. That said, I realize now that the battery life is absolutely horrendous -- at best. I've searched and searched the many threads and sites for...
