You have that right. I am still on Preorder. UGG I ordered on 10/4 at 2 PM EST. Not fun waiting.

I sure wish I could be in your camp. I ordered at 2 PM EST on 10/4 (as soon as the keynote was over) and it's still on "Preorder" status. I have called and they do nothing. I'm going to cancel my order since I am without a phone. Guess I will buy something else.

I can say their shipping was poorly engineered. I know mine will come from Carol Stream based on many facets of knowledge. My issue still does not explain why people who ordered days after me are getting theirs before me and they are getting it from Carol Stream.

I agree Frankf10. They cannot do anything other than go by the dates. I did complain a bit and talked with a superior, which did not lead to much. It's daunting one of the largest companies in the world can botch a simple FIFO process (or outsource to a horrendous warehouse).

I did call. They just stated I would get it by the date indicated on my order, which is around 2 weeks from now.

That is sickening, I ordered mine during the keynote on 10/4 and it's still in preorder. Guess it's time to cancel and buy some other brand.

I ordered the XL Black 128 on 10/4 and it's still on preorder. Has anyone seen any movement in their orders today? I know Friday and Monday there were tons of them shipped.
