It's not from an app. It's a lockscreen shortcut by design. You can't turn it off because it's not a widget. You could try a lockscreen app from the Play store.

Well, I've tried a few things, including ferrite beads on the dock cable and the USB/Aux cable. Still get the buzz from the GSM radio. So something in the dock must not be shielded correctly. Not sure. In addition to the airplane mode test, I can alter the buzz by moving the short cable that actually plugs into the phone. Maybe a tiny sleeve of some type around this cable would help. Hopefully, some others can confirm that this is a problem for them also.

It is a VZW exclusive color I believe. I walked into a VZW store and to get mine.

Not a ROM, but Nova Launcher does.

You need to uninstall the updates first and then the button will change to "Disable".

It's also green when it's charged.
