The issue is with the wifi band. You should either disable the 5Ghz band or at least have two separate bands 2.4ghz and 5Ghz ones. When you connect note 8 to 2.4ghz band the speed will be much higher. On 5Ghz you need line of sight to have good speed. Many routers propogate both 2.4ghz and 5ghz...

I have a galaxy s6 duos and s7 duos each. I used to get the icon of Sim card a call was coming on. After an update to marshmallow it has stopped. I can see the icon on the small call screen if i am using another app. But if the phone is on home mode or locked. Not sure what went wrong as both...
