3G speed still ridiculously slow

Sounds like a hardware problem, you still have a 1 year warranty, take it to a Sprint service center.

Gotta love clueless users and newbies. Data speed is dependent on the network, not the phone.

The OP is right, Sprint 3G speeds are equivalent to AT&T Edge speed, and Sprint 4G speeds are equivalent to AT&T 3G speeds. If you rely on 3G speeds a lot, you're better off going to AT&T or T-Mobile. Verizon 3G speeds are not that great either.

Just a phone restart resolved my issue.

I had the black screen of death happen twice to the camera, a reboot resolves this issue.

Re: Asphalt 6 3D using up my battery even when the game isn't run I noticed the same thing, Asphalt 6 3D shows in battery usage statistics even when I'm not using it; I haven't noticed an increase in battery drainage though.

I have the intermittent synching issue with different email accounts; there is no real solution for it but I believe it's a bug with the HTC mail application. Sometimes deleting the email account and recreating it resolves the issue.

Unfortunately it didn't; I just tried it.

I've had the EVO 3D for 3 days now; the only thing I'm disappointed with is its battery life, I can hardly make it through a day without charging it. I'm going to try to drain the battery a few times and do a full charge to see if this makes a difference, otherwise I really like the phone.
