hi,yes had kies installed and uninstalled various times since i started reading this forum and tried 4 different leads,all same outcome,i want to smash my PC and phone up,technology that doesn't work drives me insane

it was directed more at the other guy and yeah i read the whole post,but you still were part of it by throwing in there that as if i was not legit,its done now

the drivers wont install,it come up failed and i don't see any sign of anything in MY computer other than what's normally there

i use vista the now while using chrome as a browser and have never had any hassles from all other smart phones i have had,but my mate that does PC repairs is coming up to look through my system and clear it all out and install windows 7 or 8 and see if that helps me with the phone problem,if...

i am new to this forum and only just joined my first mobile phone forum and negative comments like this will put me off and others joining which would be a shame to lose users in general,thats two negative comments,i am very new to messing about in detail with a phone or trying to find items...

connecting to USB directly and trying various other ports on the PC,its not connecting at all,it come up saying failed

done the live chat thing and emailing takes forever and there hone number was closed

thats what shannon told me on live chat,only usa

hopeless for UK phone users,US support only

yeah ricky,its got me so worked up and only had the phone 2 days

yeah that's the only way it working,but it seems a tad awkward using the kies air via WI-FI
