Lets not forget that Gorilla Glass only protects from Scratches. In fact, the iPhone 4 & 4S both have Gorilla Glass, and they shatter all the time. People mistake Gorilla Glass for being shatter proof. It isn't, it's only "more" scratch resistant. It shatters just like any other glass.

The one Gel case I bought from the Verizon store works VERY well. It covers the volume rocker (raised so you can adjust volume easily), but leaves the power button open. I also have the extended battery, and this case works great with it!
