It doesn't matter how still the kids stay. 1/24 is too slow.

The Galaxy S5 has the same issue. It picks far too long shutter speeds even in so-called sports mode. High iso does help but its a real pain having to remember to do it. The camera should never ever be choosing a shutter speed below 1/80 even with OIS. If Samsung do not fix their exposure...
