Go to the AT&T store and have them swap your SIM card for a new one. That fixed mine as well as a few others on the board who had txting issues after the OTA update.

I can't send txts either on my newly updated S3. All outgoing txts fail. Rebooting and battery pulls do nothing. Have not tried the factory reset yet but that doesn't sound like it is working either. -UPDATE- Ok, I can send txts to SOME people but not others. Everything else seems to be working...
