    Certain Apps (YoutTube&Snapchat, etc.) Won't work on 3g/4g mobile data, but do on Wifi.

    It worked for me: Fix: Settings -> Press 'Mobile Network' (not Off-On!) -> Names accespoints -> Click your provider -> Remove 'Proxy' and 'Port'
