Thanks for the response and yes as well as batteries. no change.

At random times when i go to plug my charger into my phone nothing will happen, no lightning bolt appears on the battery and the percentage continues to drop, it completely fails to charge when its on. Now on the other hand when i turn the phone off and plug it into the charger it will vibrate...
