ok so i finally have it forcing v9 on right now with the lg s/w update program. so next i have to root it?? cuz i believe this is the spot i messed up last time following this link...

ok so i had the OTA update i used kp500 to revert back to v9, but i DID NOT remember to install the V9 recovery when i reverted (did not realize i missed this at the time) i used lgmobile update program and updated to VC phone is working fine I go to use Optimus S Control Center it never...

ok so i hadt the ota update. i reverted back to v9, then updated to VC through the lgmobile update program. i moved the update.zip to the sd card i go to apply update.zip and i get a string of yellow opening update package.. verifying update package... Installing update... assert failed...
