I'm interested in Quickoffice as well. Skype seems to crash constantly for me, but I think it's the portrait/landscape mode switching that's causing it. I hope it's fixed soon...

I tried a few 3rd party app locations, but it seems it's only available at the official marketplace. It is a free application, 1.6Mb in size, so if anyone has a free moment and wants to earn some karma points, I'd be very grateful if it were posted as an attachment...

I want to get an .apk from the market, but the Xoom is the only android device I own, and it says it's incompatible. (I don't mind it running in a tiny window, since it's just a radio streamer for BOB 103.5 here in Austin) Is there any way to force the download of the .apk so I can sideload it?

Idiots. It appears I got my Ipad 2 last Thursday. You're clearly falling behind the times... :-) (Though I do wonder why it doesn't show the Apple logo. Ah well, more of Job's brilliance I suspect.)

Well, I got it to work, in a way. If I put over .txt or .azw they don't show up. If I convert them to .mobi and put them over in "kindle" they show up just fine. Thanks for the help, but the Kindle app is sure annoying me right now...

I have a lot of txt files that I converted to azw (the Kindle format). I copy them to my Kindle and they read just fine, but I'm having trouble on my Xoom reading the files. I installed the Kindle app, but I can't seem to discover what folder to put my books inside for the Kindle app to find...
