Well after my feedback right from Youtube app.. All work perfectly -) Several hours - and problem was solved..

Asus TF101. The same problem. But I think that it's Google servers problem because I deleted Youtube app & return to preinstalled version on my device (ver. 3.5.5). But the problem is still here.. And yes - switching to cellular cellular immediately fixes the bar on the left and lets me access...
