    Same situation here. I wouldn't have noticed if my Bluetooth didn't say disconnected, then connected again.

    Unlocking the SIM card

    Exactly what I did. The rep had me read the sim card number to her (from the phone settings) and then issued the code which I entered to unlock the sim card.
