I agree, I'm in Colorado Springs and mines out for delivery today, so had to go further from commerce city...I'd set up my choice to leave an authorized delivery (no signature) or pick it up at a hub

They clearly weren't canned responses, they were giving you the answer. I had even posted on the previous thread with this info, sans screen shot, and was told it was clearly wrong info

No this memo came out around the 10th, before cards were charged and before the text message came out. As I've said before..new pre-order system that they're using. And remember the text around the 12th that said may take several days for tracking info? Now is the several days. Not once did...

The internal memo is about when the initial shipping and charge info went out last week to explain why there were tracking numbers and no movement.

Although I do find it interesting that everyone is all about calling tmobile, ups and even their credit card companies to complain, but no one I've seen is calling Samsung out...

All stores have a portion set aside for in store purchase, back order or not..chances of having blue in store though is slim. Think of the last iPhone launch..back ordered for literally weeks but stores did get a handful shipped to them, but not of the rose gold

Release date is 8/19. Stores will have limited stock and possibly not have blue at all for a while..

I would bet money that rep is not a full time tforce rep, they have reps from tech filling in, especially on tuesdays

If they didn't buckle under last year's iPhone fiasco this won't kill them either

The sim cards are different sizes, they do use a trio sim now that had all 3 sizes and you pop out the one you need, if you keep the card though you can pop out the next size up kinda like an adapter..
