I did the same but I reinstalled because I figured that I needed to have a functional app if the device (is) brand new.

I experienced the same exact thing. I made the link and stuff. Then, I started cleaning up the cache from the application and now it runs but, it stills load slow at times.

Did you ever find out if there are any differences between the two models????

That's precisely what's happening to me. One more thing though: When I open Facebook, it appears very laggy and at times, it goes all black on me. What can I do in that case? Should I just send it back???

Maybe this is a silly question but, what's so special about the T3? I have one and it seems to have memory leaks all the time.

My Note 4 is from T-Mobile. I want to root to get rid of the bloatware that seems to be always in the way. It also slows down my device. The problem is that I already got one update from the carrier. It is not 5.1.1 Lollipop. What are my options if I want to root it?

I had the same problem and I thought that the phone was defective. All I had to do is to clear the cache from the app and it's been fine ever since.

Well, I did get a can of compressed air and tried to clean the slot like crazy. It didn't work.... Is there a way to diagnose the SIM connections by trying to downloading something into the SD card. Let me know please... :(
