I received my best buy preorder today that I placed on 3/1. Submitted my ear buds claim and was approved within an hour. Ship week of 4/1

Best buy is the only option for those of us that want to buy Verizon devices at full price. When the pixel 3 came out every no Verizon store would sell it to me. I was so confused why they didn't want my 900 cash ??????

Got my phone today from best buy that I preordered on the 1st. I did the claim almost immediately and about an hour later was emailed that it was approved and that my buds would be sent the week of the 1st. Nice !

I still just have this feeling even though I called and she told me mine was there that I’ll end up pissed off. Lol.

Mine changed from pre ordered to preparing. I called the store and asked what was up and gave the girl my order number and she said it’s ready to go for tomorrow I can be there when they open. She said it will stay stuck on preparing because I added the Best Buy geek squad protection or something ?

Just went to my Best Buy I preordered from and they said my status hasn’t changed because they haven’t even gotten any shipments in. They said if I get a call today for an appointment then I’m in luck, if not they might not have it. So if they don’t have it tomorrow I’ll be canceling and getting...

Mine just says in process , preorder , pick up Friday. I paid in cash for an unlocked model. Haven’t gotten any sort of email or phone call ... didn’t know that was a thing ?

Mine still says pre ordered but I can pick up Friday. I paid full price cash for mine so you better believe if they don’t have it Friday they will be giving me my money back so I can get something else. Using this iPhone 7 for 2 weeks has been painful.

Best Buy’s website had all the unlocked models besides pink still available for pick up Friday last night. Checked today and they are all pushed back to at least the 15th. I ordered mine last Friday. If I don’t have it Friday I feel sorry for whoever is working lolol
