I tried that's volume up and down both by the way volume down takes a screen shot. After a few attempts that did it though. But only after I called Verizon. I had a burnt out pixel anyway so I got a replacement coming lol. Phone is still trucking though Sent from my GT-P7510 using Tapatalk 2
