There's no Silent for me to select when I choose individual contact

Do I download that on my PC then put it onto my galaxy? First time ever using Galaxy

So I have a few contacts, such as Twitter and ESPN that I don't need to hear a tone for each time. I'd like to set their tone to silent, like I had on my iPhone. Is there a way I can do this? Whenever I go into add another field>messaging tone there is no "silent" for me to select. Please let...
