I have encountered this just now. My phone suddenly froze and restarted, after that it went on a bootloop. i tried the hard reset but only the POWER OFF option works, if i'm selecting the RECOVERY MODE, it just goes back to the Google logo. May I know how to fix this issue? thank you.
