cheers mate..are you having problems after update from 4.4 to 5.0? i had this issue on my note 3.. i did a factory reset and now the lockscreen stays on for more than 8 seconds, with power saving enabled. so, you can try a factory reset..cheers . p.s. i've registred here just so i can give you...
