    Screen protector must be PERFECT alignment. Better than 0.5mm.. I HAD SAME PROBLEM. GOOD NOW

    Screen fit must be perfect. When you do that, no issues. Especially side to side. If you have touch issues on on side, the glass is too far on that side!

    You dont need ROOT. Just setting change, in Hotspot tether. Change to allow all.

    Simple fix for this issue. I thank the MAN upstairs i use symbian belle and WP8.(Kidding) Go into hotspot tether. Touch next to the on off button to get settings. ALLOW all devices. Galaxy Note updated to JB caused this i think.:D
