How did you upgrade the firmware? I've had same problem... Did everything you did the first go around (ie. Factory reset, New SIM, erased messages, etc.) And it persisted, so my local AT&T shop gave me a BRAND new M8 (pretty cool of them...didn't get a refurbished or anything, talkin new out of...
