It just says that I'm up to date. Done a factory reset and that never worked. Called tesco mobile and they says it is down to Samsung when I get it. Called Samsung UK support and they said as soon as the network send your IMEI off to the Google servers it's comes through to handset instantly...

Help! My S6 won't update to 5.1.1 and I have tried to update through smart switch and this has not worked either. Tesco mobile say it's down to Samsung and Samsung say it's down to your network, which in my case is Tesco mobile. My wife has had the update 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting...
