My Note 3 is junk since kit kat. The whole factory reset nonsense did nothing for my phone. Seems it Samsucks answer to everything.

After the kit kat update my Note 3 is worthless. My battery drains very fast. My contacts disappear regularly. My SD card doesn't work. My phone won't connect automatically to wifi anymore. It drops calls constantly. It freezes up... the list goes on... I have done two factory resets and cache'...

My kies vanished after the kit kat update. I can no longer use it.
