I'm hesitant about the factory reset (j haven't done the hard reset) cos I'm unsure if both the normal or hard reset cos after their done Samsung will just harass me to install the latest upgrade and be stuck with this crap all again. Mind you I normally try to avoid the latest upgrade prompts...
