No it's restarting sometimes every 5 minutes

So, as per my previous post. MY s10e started restarting itself randomly after a recent software update. It's been reflashed, it's had the partition cache wiped and up until yesterday working on A10 reflash. It was still restarting even whilst sat doing nothing and even in Safe Mode. I'm...

It only started happening on the A11 update, however i've just found that it's still doing it, even on Safe Mode. So even though it's been reset, reflashed and flashed back to A10 i've still got a phone restarting itself. But again it's only been happening since the update. Anyone got any thoughts?

So everything seems ok now. Thank you very much for your help. Do i need to avoid updating to Android 11 now? Thank you. Mark

It's just recovering from the back up now. Am i right in thinking that this has reinstalled firmware with Android 10 instead of 11 now?

Ok, this is downloading now. Just to check, i use the network EE in the UK and thats is the firmware i'm downloading as i did before.

Just on another note, even though i've reset it i still keep getting the message "Android has stopped". This is before i've restored it.

So i got the firmware through sammobile. If found the right firmware for my model number of phone and country and carrier. I filled all 4, though for the 4th i used the home one which keeps my data. The problem was still there so i backed it up and factory reset it.

Hi. It now restarts with the message "An error has occured while updating the software. Use the Emergency recovery function in Smart Switch PC software" It doesn't do anything else now.
