    Wifi Problems with Kitkat

You'll need fastboot installed - instructions here for Ubuntu: Guide - How to set up ADB and Fastboot on Ubuntu (and other Linux-based systems) | VonDroid Community Once that's installed you need to download the 4.3 Nexus 4 firmware and unpack it. With the phone in fastboot mode (turn it on...

    Wifi Problems with Kitkat

Sounds like you have a different issue, possibly even a hardware fault though if it happened at the same time as the upgrade that would be oddly coincidental. If you can I would try a downgrade to Jellybean (Google it to obtain some online guidance). If you don't feel comfortable doing that, or...

    Wifi Problems with Kitkat

For one thing it affects only the Nexus 7 running Kitkat. If it were a problem with JD, or an incompatability with KitKat I would expect to affect other devices such as my Nexus 5 which it doesn't. Furthermore on the assumption that JD uses a published API to control the WiFi that should...

    Wifi Problems with Kitkat

Yes, exactly the same here both with KRT16O and KRT16S on my 2012 wifi Nexus 7. I stopped it re-enabling wifi periodically as a work-around. Definitely a fault with Kitkat 4.4 on this hardware; it's not happening on my Nexus 5, nor was it an issue with Jellybean 4.3. I'm in the process of...
