that's the software version I have, but I received no notification of an update being installed, and the ringtone bug still exists- why do you think that version is an update? was it posted somewhere and I missed it? thanks

me neither- no update available and if it updated automatically, it didn't work., cuz nada has changed.

Don't know if this will work- but I'd change the sort by and close and restart the program, if that doesn't work, change it again, restart the phone. If that works, change your sort by back to what you want.

I've been using Car Home Ultra (and love it) for 2 months and my standard dialer always goes into landscape, as does my home screen- using the Evo 4GLTE car dock- try going to settings in car home ultra and changing display orientation to LANDSCAPE (default is SENSOR).

Since today's update, when starting a new email in the Gmail app, when I start typing a message to a contact (of course someone in my address book) it doesn't pull up their name at all.. Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem since the update? Mark

I don't have phone in front of me, but usually if you disable "use handcent by default" (I forget the wording), the next time you get a text you will get a pop-up asking which messaging app you want to open the message with, check off "remember this decision" (or however it's worded) and then...
