Hello eveybody, Been trying to find a way to change the default download location for chrome on my galaxy s4 kitkat with no luck. it doesn't even give you the option to choose download location. is there way around this?

I tried flashing. then backedup everything and did a factory reset. still nothing. it still doesn't kick off the apps at startup and the sync settings keep changing to default which is no sync.. this is frustrating
