Turned off Power Save and it worked. Be sure to have System/Motion turned on also. If it still flickers you can either try more settings, contact Samsung, or the place you bought your phone.

I've had my phone for 2 weeks now and I noticed the flickering problem after the first week. it happens mostly when I use text messaging. I have the developers options turned off... I never had them on. I'm going to try the power save off option now to see if that's the cause. its not doing it...
