Thanks B. Diddy, I have the page of Javier P's guide open and will read it after I finish. The "mignan" app can be uninstalled, no data is used by it But, I have not be online on my phone today. Again the permissions are "Phone and Storage". Thank you for your assistance!

Thank you. I have a Blu Dash XL, Marshmallow, Android version 6.0. When looking at the app, it does not have Google Play store. Under Notifications, it is set to Normal. Block all is not selected but Allow peeking is on. I am having pops, more in the last 6 months and am trying to uninstall any...
