Maye no one can help me??

I have an asus zenfone 5, When I try to turn it on I just see a USB logo and then screen goes off. When i press the volume up and power It shows asus logo and powered by android plz help me I want to fix it can anyone help me save my money?

I have tried a lot to root my ls-4505 running on android marshmallow but I am unsuccessful all time. Can anyone help me out? I did'nt knew where to ask so i came here. Can ayone help me out Plz help me, I will really appreciate it.
