That phone will probably be way more money than I'll want to spend. The quality, price, and value of the Honor 8 has spoiled me.

I completely agree! I have an Honor 8 that I love, but I got an Honor 6X to try out recently because I missed the screen size of my Note. The 6X is a good phone (especially for the price), but I'm finding that what I really want is an Honor 8 with a bigger screen.

Are different features for different countries a common practice with phone manufacturers? It seems really odd and it is very disappointing that the US version doesn't have NFC when the UK version does.

I like a lot of things about the 6X, but I'm very surprised that it doesn't have NFC or 5GHz WiFi. I didn't do my homework and I bought one during the first Flash Sale only to find those two features missing. I'm thinking about trying a ZTE Blade V8 Pro. They list for $20 less than the 6X...

Thanks for checking William! Mine is also a US version without NFC. I'd love to know if there are non-US versions out there with NFC. It seems odd that Huawei would include NFC for just some versions, but I guess it is possible.

Me too! I avoided seriously considering the Honor 8 for months because of all of the reviews that said, "Great hardware, incredibly bad software." Black Friday deals finally enticed me take a chance on the phone and I found that I actually like the current software.

I bought a 32GB Honor 6X during the 1/11/17 flash sale, but I didn't see the 64GB being offered. Was 64 GB version available at all?

I grabbed one during this morning's flash sale on the Huawei site for $199.99 plus tax. The next flash sale is January 18th.
