Missed another delivery because FedEx nor Samsung cares about me receiving the phone, both are finger pointing.

Missed delivery by 10 minutes, Fedex wouldn't send the driver back and neither them or Samsung will allow changes to the shipping, what about us people who work Mon-Fri during the day? Not sure why it can't be held for pickup.

I ended up removing Dex and the USB drivers and installing again and it worked.

I tried using the desktop app and put the phone into transfer file mode like it said to but the app on the desktop won't recognize the phone. Not much troubleshooting documentation yet on this thing.
