I returned my Tag Smartconnect watch to the dealer in the UAE 2 weeks ago and so far it hasn't even left the country to go back to Switzerland. I posted the images from this thread direct to TAG in Switzerland was promised a response in 3 days. 2 weeks later NOTHING! Very disappointed in TAGs...
