I was having the same issue with it not connecting automatically. I read somewhere to erase all previous phone data from you vehicle. That worked for me, now it automatically connects for me. Posted via Android Central App

I sent mine in to Samsung recently. The screen was not cracked but when I dropped it the lcd broke. Samsung charged $135.00 to fix it.
