I went through three until I finally got a S6 without any problems. My fourth one is perfect, but seems about 3/4 have the home button issue. If it bothers you, I'd recommend swapping it until you get one you're happy with.

I had this issue with my S6 as well and thought I'd share my experience. I did manage to resolve it by swapping the phone several times until I finally got one without any issues. First S6: Home button was loose and rattly on the left side. My service provider let me swap it without any issues...
