Life is short, so take your phone to your Verizon store, hand your phone to a salesperson and sweetly say, "Help?" Was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Plus, that little cutie tried to teach me how to fix it, but they could tell nothing was registering in the old grey matter.:)
