Eureka!!!!! This was the answer for me. I had some hotmail home page on there as well, and would not let me select either versions of TouchWiz. It was the ONLY choice I could delete. I deleted it, now it stays on TouchWiz. Hopefully, this ends my frustration. How it got there is a...
